This FAQ includes all of the most common questions our customers have about our services and is designed to make your life easier when deciding to use David Phillips. If you have a query about anything not mentioned here or would like us to expand on our answers, please don’t hesitate to call us. Our award-winning customer service team is on hand to help.

Do you charge for delivery?
If your order is to be delivered within the M25, delivery and installation is free of charge. If your property is outside the M25, a member of our Inbound Sales team will be able to provide you with a quotation.
Do you remove old furniture?
Yes. We provide a like-for-like removal service starting at £19.95 ex VAT for up to five items.
Do you provide a removal-only service?
At present we only offer a removal service as an additional service to your purchase.
How soon can you deliver?
We can deliver your items next day* if you place your order by 16:00
Can you collect keys to gain access?
We can collect keys from a nearby agency or home as long as it’s within a postcode adjacent to your delivery area.
Do you take away the packaging?
Yes. We remove all the packaging on all items apart from mattresses.
Can we return items?
You can return unused items within fourteen working days. If you would like us to collect your items, we charge £19.99 ex VAT to collect. Just remember to keep the plastic packaging on the mattress if you wish to return it.
What time can you deliver?
We deliver between 09:00-18:00, Monday-Friday. On the morning of your delivery, we will send you a text message with your estimated time slot, with a link to track the driver.
